Mission Statement

A.I.M. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit multi-cultural organization dedicated to serving at-risk youth. We are artists and athletes using an alternative intervention method with the common aim of teaching young people the importance of healthy hearts, minds, bodies and spirits.

HEART: Emotional health comes when our youth find in themselves the ability to express their feelings, explore their thoughts and communicate with words not violence.

MIND: Healthy minds are achieved when we teach our youth to seek out knowledge and understanding of people and things. They develop the ability to think critically, understand the consequences of the choices they make and the actions they take. They  plan for their future and want to make it better for themselves and those around them. They will question their purpose and relevance in society and lead rather than follow.

BODY: Physical health comes when our youth understand the effects of a healthy, balanced diet teamed with exercise, breath and teamwork.

SPIRIT: Spiritual health comes when our youth have an understanding of themselves and their place in the community and their purpose in life.

The outcome we strive to achieve is producing healthy, accountable, respectful and responsible members of society.
