Alternative Intervention Models is an arts and athletics based organization founded in the Oakland Bay area by Los Angeles native, Leila Steinberg (Tupac Shakur's first manager and mentor).

AIM uses Leila's time-tested heART Education℠ curriculm model to help creative kids in poverty or priviledge deal with the emotional literacy challenges brought on by bullying, gangs, suicide, trauma, drug addiction, LBGT issues or family drama.
